What are planning fee's

The FVE Travel team in partnership with Fora works hard to cultivate close relationships with management everywhere, so I know my clients are well looked after when they're traveling. Today most hotels provide a commission after you stay, and because of this, we don't charge any fee for hotel bookings — they pay, you don't!

We can also provide more extensive itinerary planning and concierge services. Due to the complexity and research needed for some trips/guests we charge a service fee as outlined for our time and value and quality of service we will bring to your trip.

Most of our clients use us in both ways — sometimes just for an easy hotel booking for a resort vacation or a weekend away, and sometimes for a more extensive itinerary for a complicated adventure. We’re here for it all!

Tier 1: Basic booking package - Complimentary

This tier is for the independent-minded client who is comfortable doing their own research but wants professional assistance with booking and access to better deals. This is great for folks who know their destination and time frame and just need help on hotel recommendations.

Initial consultation: A brief discussion (e.g., 30 minutes) to understand the client's needs and destination.
Booking services: Arrangement and reservation of basic travel components, such hotel accommodations.
Consolidated travel documents: Delivery of all booking confirmations and information in one organized digital document.
Supplier perks: Access to any standard perks available through your travel industry partners.

Tier 2: Comprehensive planning package ($125 - $500)

This mid-tier package offers more personalized service, saving the client significant time and effort. It typically includes research and itinerary design in addition to booking. If you know you need a travel break but don’t know what you want, then this option is for you. We will spend time getting to understand your goals of the trip and curate itineraries that meet those goals.

Everything in the basic package, plus:
Extended consultation: A more in-depth discussion to align the trip with the client's interests and travel style.
Custom itinerary creation: Development of a detailed, day-by-day plan outlining suggestions for tours, activities, and dining.
Booking of extras: Arrangement of special activities like tours, show tickets, and dinner reservations.
Travel dossier and app access: All custom recommendations and bookings are presented in a comprehensive document, often accessible via a mobile app for on-the-go reference.
Expert recommendations: Insider tips and local suggestions based on your professional experience and research.

Please note that all Planning fee’s are non-refundable and allow us to focus our time on your travel needs.

Tier 3: Luxury or full-service concierge package ($2,500+)

The highest tier offers a completely bespoke, worry-free experience for a client who desires maximum convenience, exclusivity, and personalized attention. If you are person who has a budget and wants someone else to do all the planning this is for you! We will make sure to spend time getting to know you and what you expect in your journeys. Time is money and this package aligns our expertise in travel with your dedication to work and family.
